yup, correct, I believe ... the market manipulators see that and pull the rope in the tug of war, cuz they know traders will get more desperate to trade for smaller and smaller profit. Someone just bought the desperate 12.42's and 12.45's. Here are the current bids on L2 that show what is happening:
