I stand corrected. I double checked with my brother who does flip quite frequently. ( I do not) They hold new deposits from outside sources for up to 72 hours when you wish to purchase pot stocks. Proceeds from sales are available for trades, but not withdrawals until they clear. My apologies for the misinformation.
