I believe that 2k’s and five Q’s is what must be filed to go current.
However, since the Audit firm had to be changed,the new firm had to look all the way back, in order to understand the Company history.

I stopped in today and talked to Chas and Alvin. Audit is done it is going to take up to 2 weeks to get everything together before they start with press releases. From what i was told on what the press releases will say, the long wait will be indeed be worth it . Hang in there everyone.
