At this time it appears that the vote did not take place, thus the reverse split has not been sanctioned by investors. I’m still not sure that it will not happen in the future. We are all gun shy and we are more familiar than most about this stock. But you certainly nailed it. Until we have firm evidence of success, we are a blow hard company.
