Well I called him and asked him if dilution would be occurring and he said no. Dilution has not occurred so to date that has been proven true and thus not a rumor. It all starts with a phone call so if you have questions pick up the phone and call since he responds to them
If you know of lies being told then I will listen. Be stupid not to but I have been here for a very long time and have not come across falsehoods, lies, P&D BS, or even accusations of them
Time is really this markets only window into the big picture for us that do not function on the inside of it and time has been good to CTDT. We bounce in a healthy range never going too low. Low float is maintained and kept tight so the occasional bounce to .20 is a very good sign and fun to see
Given the product, the space the product is in, the byproduct of the product, and the willingness of the owner to meet, speak with, and/or answer questions directly to common share holders, maintenance of the tight float, and my perpetually green position my patience has been earned. There is not one CEO alive that I am dumb enough to have faith in but given the feedback from those who have taken the initiative to reach out directly (as well as my first hand experience) imo we are functioning off of more than pink market rumor...but time will tell
