There are also NDA’s that don’t allow companies to speak about possible future agreements that are being discussed.

It “could” be a sign that they aren’t speaking and things are going bad as you assume.

The way I see it is they are close to
announcing major news. We have seen headlines that are showing they have been on a national stage. POTUS and company are aware of what NIOCORP can provide. The critical minerals finale that is taking place next month that was pushed back is a key piece to the puzzle for me.
