$TRTC is very "Movie Pass" esq... another split here is imminent IMO... they have ZERO chance of uplisting at this price level and everyone include DP & cronies know that... ZERO catalyst is sight to move the price to the magic $4.00 price level... The kicker is that they have ZERO cash in the bank and a ton of debt...

Some hot 420 plays out there right now that have their act together (specifically CBD)... this company is not one of them...

You need to research your statement, since there were 3 listed criteria to trigger the pre-approved and pre-voted on RS.

Individual investors kept saying that would be the only reason for a RS. They were wrong when they kept saying it.
