Pre 10-Q quiet time has nothing to do with the current SEC investigation but 'material events' reporting sic. "commercial well test". This is my opinion only.

the gag order is NOT by sec -

but by zion telling employees NOT to provide material non public information,which would be a violation,another reason zn would want to get these test results in the public domain before some employee excitedly shoots his mouth off


re another post by somebody it should be obvious testing is not as expensive as drilling-not buying pipe or drilling or using as many well workers

and the rights program raised what 1.3 million? by may 31

I think when they are ready to release news they will. The SEC did not spook them really. Sure it costs time and money but Zion itself has said it has no bearing on the news itself.
