That's very interesting to hear.


I'm going to assume (maybe mistakenly) that the major delay elements have had to do with what KyOil recently replied to my BOP question.

Of course, if there's that kind of pressure at 11,000 feet - maybe the Israeli Oil Ministry has given some direction.
