Yes I agree his silence speaks louder than words. It also showed us he’s a lieing scumbag if he does the rs after saying he wouldn’t. I personally think he will rs then dilute to 10 billion then rs one final time. People defend him and say the dilution is necessary and the rs as well, so when your say 1 million shares are reduced down to less than 100 worth about 2 bucks defend him then.
