but there has to be a plan of equity for shareholders

if not they usually cancel/extinquish the shares

if they want to keep the stock, the usually re-issue new stock


but the old shareholders get the boot

unless there is spme other plan


people need to do some DD on how BK stocks work

or just play the MOMO wheel @ the Casino of Stocks
