SPRV paid shares for the company as explaind quite clearly in the press release.

Please post a copy of the Press Release that explains it "quite clearly"!

IMO...there is NOT yet a CLEAR EXPLANATION! What EXACTLY did SPRV pay for Web to Door and On Courier 365? What are the specific terms of the acquisition arrangement? A "real" company, registered with the SEC, would have reported the acquisition specifics almost immediately after the acquisition's announcement! Of course "SEC-registered" does not describe SPRV!

IT HAS BEEN NEARLY THREE WEEKS AND NOBODY HAS THE SLIGHTEST CLUE AS TO THE ACQUISITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS! THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO "CLARITY", BUT THAT IS EXACTLY HOW BOBO "THE CLOWN" LINTON RUNS HIS SCAMS!
