I think this might turn out to be some kind of JV situation with financing IMO - nobody wants to pay a premium for the entire company, the government will work along with one of the bidders to set up some type of investment or JV in order to prevent the plant from shuttering.
I made up those numbers just to illustrate the point (and some wishful thinking). No one should consider any of that factual DD.
I was simply making a the point that DICK Eno is like a big baby, stomping his feet because he didn't get the lollipop he wanted... and then he broke all the other kids' toys. Hoping when daddy (judge) gets home, he gets the spanking he deserves. :-)
