I understand.

The ONLY way to fix siaf is to stop issuing shares, do a decent buyback to reverse the damage, communicate with the market that no more issuance will occur and then they can start talking cash dividends.

Dividends while issuing shares is like pissing in your pants to stay warm

they have destroyed value for 10 years and the cash flow and negative numbers prove it. why support them ever? simply out, their business model destroys value because it essentially steals money from shareholders and is a highly refined pump and dump.
