I know you live in Texas, and I believe you.

There are others here that live in Texas, some near Ft. Stockton, and they also believe MMEX will be building a refinery.

My question is whether this will wind up being a joint venture. I seem to think so, but perhaps MMEX has an international partner with big pockets.

We shall see.
