Our Mines Dept. has a huge databank of mineral properties and even small mineral showings. These are constantly being combed over and the value of what is available each day gets ever poorer. Anybody can do what Perry is doing. They just lost one block because it was over claimed on top of old surveyed areas that had the mineral rights granted years ago. The next step for them will cost big money. Right now they are broke.
