Think of it as........
A carrot on a stick for the ceo to preform,up to 14% ownership,with shares cost as low as 6c.
A carrot on a stick for the senior vp to preform,up to 4%,with shares cost as low as 6c.
Management has around 25% ownership of the company.
My take:
Management interest and shareholder interest are in alignment,this is a BIG PLUS.I believe the company is out of "stuck in the mud";ready to take a BIG STEP forward,and team is ready/motivated.Wowwwww.
