Hobbs only had 107,000 shares purchased OM at an avg of $3.46

The real King was Robert Ladd with OM purchases of 461,298 at an avg of $4.52

Also noted yesterday that the S-1/A is still not complete and may be changed. They may not sell the securities until the registration statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission is effective.

When they do get around to filing the final, then I will have a read and decide whether to participate or not.
