Judging from the suit that SEO is wearing, look at the hand stitching on the lapel, the overall sheen, and tailor made bespoke cut...

...that has to be, I would guess, around a $10,000 suit...not including the Rolex watch (over there on his left wrist) and the 24k gold cufflinks which you can easily tell are not 10k gold cufflinks if you zoom on the photo and do some basic forensic analysis.

This all suggests that Sir Emeka Offor is indeed a billionaire.
