No just factual about the Nigerian Diaper Scam!

Bemax by filing a Form 15 automatically defaulted on the toxic convertible notes.

So Bemax is dark and doesn't have to report insider sells - they don't have any filing obligations - such as a settlement with JSJ.

Bemax is finished.
