The execution of the buyers agreement and court approval is supposed to happen during business hours tomorrow, Tuesday... barring any postponements.

CLOSING the deal could be 31 AUG, as some have suggested. If it's very complicated, maybe it will be longer. HOWEVER, $BIOAQ PPS should rise close to purchase offer $ and channel there until closing is completed.
