39 mil is kinda high but it appears the float is extremely low unless the guys who got the .25 offering are selling at .20s. I mean it only traded 30k once and the rest has been 2500 lots or less mostly. So if there was any chance for demand of this stock the supply would run out in minutes.imo
wish they would put the full numbers out on otcm with restricted and float.
