I was away from the board when Dan actually chimed in as a poster... What surprised me when I came in a few days later and saw his posts was how little it had an effect on the positivity on this Form and the PPS... For me it confirmed huge potential here but also the fact that we'll have a little bit of wait time... But probably not a lot Imo....

The key here is for Dan to State unequivocally that he is the CEO of Windstream Technologies Incorporated $WSTI and that he has zero intentions of closing down the ticker for any reason.

We've all been witness to the SEC delisting/deregistering/suspending delinquent tickers for various reasons.

We do not want that happening here.

Dan needs to confirm that he is the CEO of WSTI and that all mentions of "Windstream" are a direct reference to WSTI and not a foreign counterpart.

Dan needs to confirm whether we have an ACTIVE physical manufacturing, production & distribution facility here in the United States for turbines and other equipment to supply impactPPA.

Dan needs to come clean about the present state of toxic debt WSTI is enduring and what, if any non dilutive means are in the works to remedy them.

I could go on and on. These are all very basic and general questions that unfortunately he has yet to field.

We are shareholders of WSTI.

This forum is to discuss WSTI.

All this talk of how innovative and how nice of a guy Dan is, and how he is attempting to change the world for the better, is certainly wonderful...

But lets get more on point in discussing WSTI's present health and the reality of WSTI partaking in some of the funding set aside for the impactPPA initiative.
