This whole "reverse merger" deal could still fall through in the end. And the "company" would revert back to Shetty since this whole "Divestiture" business has yet to be completed. And who's to say it was not all a setup from the beginning to sell shares? Who can prove it was a scam from the very beginning if in the end, the merger doesn't take place?? These types of plays happen all the time on the OTC and the SEC rarely shuts it down due to an inability to prove foul play. On the surface things look promising.
Has anyone been to 1660 Hotel Circle North, Suite 207, San Diego, California 92108 to see what is there? Is this real? Who is there? We know there's only 1 officer running the show here. It's still Shetty. He signed off on the last 10-K.
What would really be interesting is to divulge the relationship between Shetty and Gifa. How did Gifa choose FRFS for the reverse merger shell??
Anyone who can do REAL DD would be able to uncover what's going on behind the scenes and how this was all set up in the first place.
