Yeh, um, sure... The SEC may find otherwise, on the basis of various in-print claims on the MMEX channels, including the closed, private page, which its moderators/sponsors claim is company sponsored, and approved - including T-shirt sales.

The mmex Facebook page is a shareholder page and is private. mmex has not approved this Facebook page as a formal PR for mmex regardless of what any shareholder says. All pictures and discussions there are from shareholders. No one has a “right” to join and there are clear rules. People do their DD and discuss. And yes, the pictures are nice.

When investors can't engage in intellectual discourse they start a private group on social to form a little daisy chain gang - that sit around blowing the bluesky nonsense to make each feel better about their poor decision to invest in the MMEX

This is always a sign of desperation - and the same is true with MMEX.

Shareholders that got caught chasing and holding and are severely underwater - on iHub it is a level playing field - that is why it is the number one stock forum.
