thank you. that is a big help. and i really think you are doing a wonderful job.

i did not realize dan built the factory there.

i wonder if they are profitable as we own part of that....?

why isn't that operation profitable enough to pay for this venture with the women in India...? and just go slower...? take it one step at a time. also they should be able to qualify for loans against incoming po's.

what set me off was when you said: let's talk to the Packard foundation....

Lol. I really thought... wow. this is a total mess.

If the India plant is operational and making money.... then they should loan the money for these mills for the women.

Also... when you say raise money... maybe you are talking for impactppa versus wsti...?

maybe I was confused....?

At any rate, I think the company needs to be more focused.

Convertible debt is too easy. One needs money to get the thing going but it sort of creates a situation where one can afford to be lazy and not produce cash flow because after all... one could get it from the shareholders.

Dan has to figure out which country looks like they will pay up and just deal with them.

If they can't get this thing to where it actually makes money then it's not worth it.

I thought there was something going on in Puerto Rico or Haiti where it was going so well... another town needed the solar mills.... but where's the money...? is it all volunteer work...?

I really like Dan etc and this is so interesting but it's not a nonprofit.
