Correct. Shareholders have been in the discussion from the very beginning, from the second that Bioamber filed bankruptcy, they have been looking out for shareholders. The Company is very aware that they just had an equity offering earlier this year just a couple months prior to filing BK.

It's why they moved away from Chapter 11 and into CCAA.
