this is something that blizz keeps talking about and i really am confused about where this came from and why the board feels they will need to raise money for dan....???

making the whole picture very murky.

obviously dan and wsti are there in india. they installed the first set of mills.

if they get a larger order they need to ask for part of the payment up front or forget it.

or maybe take the po to a bank and get a loan against it. that is more the standard that i have heard of. if the govt does not want to pay then tell them to forget it.

so when blizz says: let's ask the Packard Foundation for a grant....

isn't that for a nonprofit?

I hate to talk everything down because I own stock in this but it is sounding like most of the efforts didn't produce any cash flow...? Very confusing.

Although the last filings do show strong revs. But did people pay their invoices...?

No one here seems to have a very good feel for what the problems are as far as I can see.

i guess what is happening is dan is setting the units up for free.... and then the rev comes in when they buy the electricity...? is that how it works...??

maybe i am confused about where they actually get paid.... and from what...?

i thought the govt was paying for the units....

so i am really at a loss on how this whole thing will work....

why would you raise millions to install something and not know if you will ever get any money back...?

what if people don't even use them...?

Do you understand how this was supposed to work...?

is wsti sort of donating the units and then gets paid later as they use or buy electricity...?

Ill explain as best I can. This is not in Dan's words just my attempt to explain...

While we wait for a larger Purchase order which can be used to finance things we are setting up the proof of concept situation in India. At the same time working on numerous other deals all over and even a shareholder has a project for him.

Lots of people trying here, but when you are scrambling its hard if you just had a bit of capital it would be much smoother.

So the immediate needs would be about 200k for filings, about 200k to get India done to where it needs to be. Once that PO comes its so much money they can finance off it. Other options are people buying tokens, a stock raise here, or some other projects getting funded some of which are really close like a week or two.

Right now we can actually get this to do all we had hoped. We can really do it, not just a pipe dream. Everyone I know who has had long talks and examined all the info know it can happen.

But it has not been an easy road.

Trying everything in the book here
