I stated the assumptions that you had made. They were not my statements of fact, so all you're doing is agreeing that they were your assumptions.

They're both false assumptions, too. The first false assumption is that the SEC didn't consider my complaint to be serious enough to take action. You can't prove that because you haven't seen my complaint. No one except the SEC has seen it, and I didn't keep a copy of it, so you have no basis for saying that it was an invalid complaint or that the SEC didn't act on it.

Your second assumption is false also. You have no idea whether anyone else has filed a complaint with the SEC. At least I acknowledge this possibility. You haven't done that yet.
