I believe the winning bidder and amount will be announced July 31 but deal not finalized until Aug 31. Not positive if part 2 of that is correct

Very much appreciate your thoughts, though respectfully in this situation with BIOAQ assets being worth so much more than the debt, isn't the risk substantially less for commons than the bankruptcy BO's you've been in before? The list of companies who are potential bidders is quite impressive and Cargill could likely be one of them

I am trying not to let greed or unrealistic expectations get the best of my trading strategy though, as you mentioned. Thanks again
