Let's have a closer look at House Conferee's

Paul Ryan named 29 Republicans as conferees, as follows:

Chairman Mike Conaway, Texas; Reps. Glenn Thompson, Pennsylvania; Bob Goodlatte, Virginia; Frank Lucas, Oklahoma; Mike Rogers, Alabama; Austin Scott, Georgia; Rick Crawford, Arkansas; Vicky Hartzler, Missouri; Rodney Davis, Illinois; Ted Yoho, Florida; David Rouzer, North Carolina; Roger Marshall, Kansas; Jodey Arrington, Texas; Reps. Virginia Foxx, North Carolina; Rick Allen, Georgia; John Shimkus, Illinois; Kevin Cramer, North Dakota; Jeb Hensarling, Texas; Sean Duffy, Wisconsin; Ed Royce, California; Steve Chabot, Ohio; Mark Walker, North Carolina; James Comer, Kentucky; Rob Bishop, Utah; Bruce Westerman, Arkansas; Ralph Abraham, Louisiana; Neal Dunn, Florida; Jeff Denham, California; and Bob Gibbs, Ohio.

Nancy Pelosi selected 18 Democrats, as follows:

Ranking Member Collin Peterson, Minnesota; Reps. David Scott, Georgia; Jim Costa, California; Tim Walz, Minnesota; Marcia Fudge, Ohio; Jim McGovern, Massachusetts; Filemon Vela, Texas; Michelle Lujan Grisham, New Mexico; Ann Kuster, New Hampshire; Tom O’Halleran, Arizona; Alma Adams, North Carolina; Paul Tonko, New York; Maxine Waters, California; Eliot Engel, New York; Raul Grijalva, Arizona; Stacey Plaskett, the Virgin Islands; Eddie Bernice Johnson, Texas; Cheri Bustos of Illinois.

Italics: Rep of Pro-Hemp state
Bold: Cosponsor of H.R. 3530
Underline: Original sponsor of H.R. 3530

Altogether, 8 conferees have endorsed H.R. 3530, with 34 conferees representing 20 pro-hemp states, plus the Virgin Islands.

Hemp is classified under .03% THC, which is negligible. The hemp plant carries several other cannabinoids, as well.

SEC case is several years ongoing, and still no evidence. A civil case. Daily operations not affected.

I don't see how one could claim "much opposition exists" when analyzing members of the house conference committee. There is clearly support, as outlined above. James Comer is included, and will be just as effective as McConnell on the Senate side.

Frankly and honestly, do some DD.

Dude that’s a stretch and you know it. Your many bullish prior posts say so themselves. Hemp will be legalized in this Farm Bill... NO DOUBT...

...The real question is, what companies in this space will benefit?

Did you just say hemp has psychoactive THC components???? I think you’re smoking his brother. Hemp has no psychoactive properties. Hence the absurdity of its illegal status. Grows like bamboo, stronger than steel. If democrats get their heads out of their ass and stop pounding the gavel over SNAP hemp will be legalized and we should see a little surge here. The dilution is killing any momo but the ticker is a beaut. Tough to gauge how this ticker will benefit from hemp legalization.
