So where’re the lawsuits??

TALK already LOST many lawsuits over their unpaid debt.

There is also the unpaid debt to Powerup after they had a default judgement against them issued there, too.

TALK is defunct and insolvent. There is absolutely no purpose to sue them now, since TALK will never pay. Lawsuits cost money, and if there is no money to recover, there is no sense in spending the money.

TALK is dead.
