We disagree. BCDA is almost done with the phase 3, and VCEL hasn't even started.

I have not looked into OPK lately. They had some problems the last time I looked. In which they may have been duped when purchasing another company.

BCDA is public so they can raise money. The CEO of OPK is a chronic buyer of shares of his own company.
