what happened to the the float of 2,023,306,674, you now show in your post 2,646,537,207 an increase of 623,230,533 million shares since the reduction took place.

However, the O/S did not increase and the difference between the float and the current O/S suggests that those are shares held by Trina. They were previously held in escrow as collateral for a loan. Trina has stated that EVSV now has no debt, and thus those shares were released from escrow and have surpassed the Rule 144 requirements and are technically eligible for free-trading.

$EVSV...Do you ever have anything positive to say? Personally, if I didn't have anything positive to say about a stock, I would sell and move on. There are a number of positives here and that's why I will remain patient.

Over and over stocks with worst share structures, toxic debt, dilution and ZERO revenue have moved out of trips. $EVSV is poised for a BIG run and I will be here for that run...$$$$
