Most people are focusing on the winning bid price but its not the most important factor.

This is why "Q" stocks run higher because shorts will have to cover and they know at some point trading will be halted after buyout before transaction closing date of August 31st. VRMLQ had far fewer assets than BIOAQ and still ran to $33 per share.
