$2.80-$4.20 per share for everything, patents included, no patents, you have a useless building, patents not purchased you have 275 useless legal documents, in total patents are worth $250.000 - $1,000,000 each on average. The court already stated(read from numerous previos post) minimum $1.65 per for plant, not sure if $70,000,000 in debt has to be deducted from $1.65 or not. Factor in existing business ,plant operating, speclized employees already on the job. THIS IS THE DEFINITION OF "TURN KEY OPERATION" $4.20 may be low. Literally not your typical shi!!tty OTC garbage, just here temporarily,this has the potential for a 3 to 4 x spike Monday or Tuesday, EACH PATENT cost a crap ton of momey. I still expect a petroleum company in the mix...JMHO
