It appears most of these OTC companies lag behind with their filings. They’ll be submitting a 10Q, it’ll just be dated. LCLP did the same thing with their 10K. Maybe reporting rules are a little more lax down in OTC land and to get ‘current’ you report as much as you can up to the most recent quarter?
A lot of companies go dark and reboot with a quarterly report. The rumors still have merit.
If this was a fully reporting company listed on a major stock exchange, yes- I’d be worried.
