I think Dustin is probably under some incredible stress, and he's been gracious enough to answer these e-mails previously. However, I'm also sure he's keenly aware that his e-mail answer becomes a public reply. Perhaps with the SEC investigation, he needs to be extra careful and maybe didn't care for the fact that other replies have been broadcast in the past and every word dissected to death. If I knew that my response was going to be broadcast via the investor boards, and I had the SEC stopping in to say hello, I don't think I'd even bother to reply at all! Now, he sees an e-mail from someone he's been gracious enough to answer before, and concerning the same topic, and knowing it was broadcast before...Well, no offense, but it starts to sound like a bunch of little kids...Are we there yet, are we there yet, are we there yet? To which dad just answered....We'll get there when we get there! They have communicated several times in different ways that they will give an update once testing is completed.
