No part of my claim asserts you're the only complaint on file.

You said that nothing bad would happen to Kevin because my complaint would be ignored.

That statement makes two assumptions that have to be acknowledged and refuted.

1.The SEC didn'tconsider my complaint serious enough to take action.

2. No one else made a valid complaint.

First, the only information you have about my complaint is that I made it a few months ago about the Greenshift Corporation, and that I made the complaint to the SEC and not to any of several law enforcement agencies who have the legal authority to investigate Greenshift.

Second, it is an undeniable fact that you've never said that anyone could've made a valid complaint (which could easily be the necessary requirement for an action by the SEC). If you want to dispute what I just wrote, all you have to do is to produce your post admitting the possibility of a second SEC complaint.
