lol...it's not a merger or a buyout - it's a sale of assets to the highest bidder. Proceeds will go into the company to pay off the debts. First PWC...lol. Second, the secured creditors. Then the unsecured. If there is anything left after that, it goes to the common shareholders

What do you mean when’s the merger? We are in this for an asset acquisition. Not a merger..
