AAPL has real products. This company only has pending lawsuits. So far, this stock has shown zero ability to collect any funds through the court system.
They have however managed to expand the outstanding share count considerably.
If you don't understand dilution, I suggest you Google it.

When investing, the share price is your only measuring tool.
