The shareholders that I know, have not received any messages about an official board. I hope the FB page is not considered "official", since its just a sad extension/continuation of the original EPGL iHub page.

Quindien, the company did not notify all shareholders through any of those means. Are there EPGL shareholders that have never heard of iHub?
