So much for the claims of getting rich off EVTI, or that Giguiere is a visionary - the only one who would be so complimentary of Gannon is Gannon himself.

The repeated $.10 cents by January nonsense was also simply another insider enrichment scheme.

Instead traders took a bath, and now Giguiere gets what he deserves - he’s been charged by the SEC with microcap stock fraud. He and 4 lackeys entered into a number of sham stock and debt issuances, and wound up communicating with someone they believed to be a participant in the scheme who in reality was an undercover FBI agent.

Busted.
