What I find tremendously disturbing about the way the stock trades is the bid size and ask size as shown on level

The demand, bid, clearly shows demand for the stock but why would sellers, the ask side be so low with very few share is available? Manipulation is the only thing I can think of.

I seriously doubt it short-sellers and market maker manipulation.

There are only 5 months left to the second half of the year. When is this show of power going to happen?
