i agree, if i was shorting this and saw that i had until the 20th of november, i would play games, the MM's assume investors will buy into the nobo list, buying their shorts, and still giving them enough time to cover because as they short it, people will get uneasy and dump, the PR today gave MM's the tools they need to make a killing, I dont see dilution, I see a need to be patient, as we are heading to .03+++
