Debt does not concern me for these reasons

They had some big revenues coming in when they went quiet. Regular revs and payments of up to $11 million for selling some non-profitable subsidiaries

I think that debt is either paid off or unenforceable at this point. For instance the debt to CHVC will not be collected because CHVC no longer exists.
