Mediq should have been selling in Germany over a year ago. The cream may have become available on the 'left coast' this summer and then 'this year'.

Is that a specific date? No.

Is your statement semantics? Yes. Most everyone here expected sales 2 years ago.

And yes, part 2 isn't due for aprox 6 months.

IF IT'S ON TIME it will be the FIRST deadline they've actually met.
