You are exactly correct Trutta. Everything will fall into place when the patents get approved. The team is a good one with lots of experience.

Not quite accurate. A pending patent affords the owner the same protections as a granted patent and we have several that are pending, including one for our cream.

No one was 'eager' for anything.

As part of expected DD you look at a company's projections and statements.

The COMPANY made SEVERAL statements that the cream would be sold in various countries on various dates.

That would have generated revenue for the company and lead to a stable share structure.

Now shareholders are facing a LOT of dilution just to get the studies started.

Why would an intelligent investor buy now when the next milestone will be the BEGINNING of Part 2 of a safety study in 4-6 months.

You can put your money to use elsewhere for 2 months and buy in then...maybe.

This is still a falling knife with no imminent news and plenty of dilution on the way.

Lol, a little more complex than that as the Israel research understands which of the 150 cbd and thc components interact with the human endocannabanoid system to achieve results. The near term value here is the sacrifice made for the longer term wave of tremendous value for having the extensive research and clinical data and approvals. Not to mention the IP protection which secures value for a long time.

It’s like aging whiskey. Big name will be willing to step up and become definitive. There’s a huge market that is begging for it. And they are getting antsy.

I live in Israel and visited their office. No worries by me. Patent drugs etc. are way more valuable. They are tight lipped but between the lines it's obvious what they are alluding to. Don't forget buyout either. This is long term hold. 6 months hold and further out dollars pps for sure. Disregard bashing. Peace all!
