In heavy at 1.06 and averaging down here. It has been a loser pps wise, with the exception of recent runs to 5.00 and 1.80.

I decided to enter based on talking with people in my family that are nuclear engineers and a friend who was a CEO of a nuclear company. Their experience is from Navy, to EB to GD.

Company has more cash than market cap ( of course that could be different in 12 months). Company seems to have strong CEO running company and an impressive BOD.

Looks like they will have answers within 24 months. But they could be lining up deals way before that.

Mostly buy big pharma but this seems a low risk high reward spec
