If the buyout price is greater than all debt and obligations by more than 8 million the share price value will also increase by that proportion. Ie if buyout price is 160 million ( low estimate imo) that makes this a ten bagger based on those debt numbers.
The market cap is just the share price multiplied by OS. The asset value is what really matters here. The market cap changes on a day to day basis and really means nothing with a bidding war and buyout.
